LUIS GERARDO MOJICA DE LA VEGA, PHD

Dr. Gerardo was worked in various companies in a multitude of different projects that utilize artificial intelligence. These companies include Intel Corporation, Robert Bosch Research and Technology Center, Bank of America, and now 7-Eleven. The focus of his work has been machine learning, natural language processing, and natural language understanding.
Dr. Gerardo has also done research at the University of Texas at Dallas working as a Research and Teaching Assistant. His work included research on permutation arrays of large Hamming Distance as error correcting codes. Design of techniques to create better permutation arrays and improve existing lower bounds for any number of symbols and Hamming distance.
